Meet Your Transformation Coach: Ricky Berry
My name is Ricky Berry and I am a Personal Trainer from Nottingham and the owner of Rb5 Personal Training.

My passion for health and fitness comes from a very young age, playing sports and finding the gym a easy habit to form , but as fitness became more mainstream it seemed to be confusing the general public , and i'll be honest it confused me for a while ,with so much contradicting information.

Seeing so many gym members in the big health clubs making the same mistakes and the big corporate gym chains not doing anything about it , really annoyed me.

Me and my team really get a kick out of changing our clients Mindset towards diet and exercise, 

This really ignited my passion even more so to make my mission in life , to teach long lasting weight loss strategies that are simple and easy to follow.

Through my very personal process, I am able to motivate people like you to reach your goals. You can and will look and feel better!

At the beginning of this year I was miserable. My weight had ballooned to its highest ever amount and my self-esteem had plummeted in the opposite direction. It got to the point where I couldn’t bear to look at myself in the mirror in one piece, my skin was dry, tight and stressed;
